How can I get a price list?
The price list is for use by our authorized retailers only.
Can I make purchases directly from the factory?
No, it is not possible to buy direct from the factory. Our products can only be purchased through our authorized retailers, listed in the “Stores” section of our website.
Where can I find a list of your showrooms?
Authorized retailers are listed in the “Showrooms” section of our website
How can I find out the price of the products I'm Interested in?
The company cannot provide this information but it can be easily obtained from one of our authorized retailers
At which store can I find the exact model I'm interested in?
To find out where you can see a particular model, please send an email to customerenquiry@velloro.in
Is it possible to have a product custom-made or to make alternations to a model?
The company does also make custom products, to find out if modifications can be
made to models in the collections, we recommend that you contact an authorized retailer who will forward your request to the company and will get back to you with an answer as quickly as possible.
I already own a Velloro product; can I purchase new as a replacemetns?
You can do that by contacting an authorized retailer; be sure to take with you the product documentation that came with it (Product Guarantee sheet).
If I have a problem with a product I already own or if I need to replace a part/parts, who should I contact?
After-sales service is handled by our authorized retailers. For this type of request, please contact an authorized retailer who will notify the company and will make every effort to find a solution to the problem.
Where can I find the instructions for laundering and properly maintaining fabric and leather upholstery?
Instructions for laundering fabrics and the proper care and maintenance of leather upholstery are included in the certificate of guarantee provided with the product. Please keep it for future reference. In any case, this information can also be found on the product sheet that can be easily consulted online.
Where can I view online catalogs?
Online catalogs can be downloaded by consulting the “Catalogue” section of our website.
How can I receive a print catalog?
To receive a copy of the print catalog, you can contact one of our authorized retailers; they
are listed in the “Showrooms” section of the website.
Is it possible to receive the CAD files for products?
The 2D/3D files are available for download in the “Architect and Designer Resources”
section of the website.
